SCOTLAND BACKS THE UNION IN COUNCIL ELECTIONS

The tide is going out on the Separatists!

Voters in Scotland, did the same as their English counterparts.

They voted out the coalition Libdems and returned to the Labour fold.

Across Scotland a UK support prevailed with pro Union Labour, gaining 6% to the Separatist 4%.

In all 7 main Cities in Scotland, the Separatists failed to gain control!

Glasgow was a resounding victory for Labour with 44 of their 45 Candidates returned. Labour and their support for the Union, have now turned the tide against the separatist ambitions of Mr Salmond.

In Glasgow, Britannica campaigned vigorously!

However, the  pro Union support we have awakened, has returned to the familiarity of its pro Union Labour roots, on polling day.

If they can`t take Glasgow, how can the Separatists take Scotland out the Union?

Britannica has gained well deserved recognition and we are now looking forward to forthcoming by Elections!

PEOPLE BEFORE POLITICS, GLASGOW COUNCIL ELECTIONS MAY 3RD

Political rivalries are destructive!

We have the SNP in Scotland, with an agenda of opposition to the entire United Kingdom and the divisions within Labour creating a new opposition party from its own former councillors in Glasgow!

Britannica is for a United Kingdom and wants to see all of our people working together.

Councils must generate the local conditions for business to succeed and therefore create jobs.
Start up business should be allowed a rates free period and grants provided to cover employee NI costs.
Thereafter, business rates should be assessed on profit not according to the size of their premises.

In Glasgow, we would reduce the congestion in Queen St station by the introduction of a North Circular Line, from the construction of a rail flyover at Eastfield Junction and the introduction of a new connection at Anniesland.

Britannica places people, their families and their communities, before politics!
